My Walmart had scotch tape on clearance for $.50 each, so I used the $1/1 coupon from the Publix Yellow Flyer (Check your local Publix if you didn't get it in the 01/17 paper, they may still have the flyer) to get 2 for free. Even though it is in the Publix Flyer, it says Manufacturer's coupon on it, so other stores will usually take them. They are regular $.97, so, even if your Walmart doesn't have them marked down, you should be able to get 1 for free.

Scotch Tape- Free After Coupon
